Pritchetts.com will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the
terms & restrictions outlined in this section.
Terms & Restrictions:
All orders must be prepaid (no CODs, no purchase orders) prior to
shipping. All sales are final. Returned product must be (1)
pre-authorized, with RMA # (described below) (2) new, unused, unopened,
(3) include a copy of the invoice, (4) be requested within 2 weeks from
the date of purchase, and, is subject to a 20% restocking fee. S&H
for authorized returns is paid for by the buyer. Return Credit is only
applied to subsequent purchases from Pritchetts.com (store credit).
Our customer service and professional manner are
unmatched in the industry. Pritchetts believes in customer service as
our number 1 priority.
All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to Pritchetts.com within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer’s expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping

Shipping Orders are processed on a first come, first ship basis. Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to the credit cards unless the customer agrees to the delay. Billing will occur at shipping. Customer will be notified of any delays via e-mail. All packages will be shipped via US Mail. Delivery must be within the United States and cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Insurance/Liabilities
All items shipped from Pritchetts.com are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Pritchettss.com of the merchandise in its original condition. Lab Certificates/Grading Reports
Pritchetts.com is proud to offer the finest quality diamonds available. A diamond grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the American Gem Society (AGS) will accompany our loose diamond inventory with all diamonds that are GIA or AGS graded. These laboratories are recognized around the world as the finest in gemological education and gem grading. However, diamond grading is subjective. Pritchetts.com guarantees that the diamond sold matches the stone described by the grading report (i.e. that the diamond is the same one graded by the laboratory). We do not guarantee the accuracy of any diamond-grading laboratory.
